I have not worked in the games industry but in similar creative fields. And working overtime and “crunching” for a project can be the norm sometimes.
My Questions is what are you working for? Is the payout worthit?
It seems that a lot of Outsource Studios are getting into a bidding war with larger companies with resources. I am not sure how much more it can be sustained.
The strange thing that was pointed out in the article by the video creator that these were discussed in the Dev Summit but missing the point of it.
